Leavened with love from a humble oven, our founder yearned for a real bagel.

In Seattle, these were nowhere to be found. The same deep flavors of the bagels he enjoyed as a young boy.

Boiled in malt and lye, fermented twice over. Loxsmith Bagels was born.

We do one thing and we do it well.

Make the best artisan bagels we possibly can, and bring it to as many people as we possibly can.
